  • Man I love to write on xanga when I feel like killing someone. OH wait, that was me almost dying today. In the rain, someone pulled out in front of me (a minivan, who would have guessed... the worst effing drivers on the planet) and I had to slam on my brakes, which caused me to SKID into the other lane. Is it appropriate to curse here? Thank goodness no one was in the other lane and that I didnt go even farther. And the person made a gesture at me when I was honking the CRAP out of him. Please, let me put this in perspective.

Minivans = the Taliban = fanny packs = AIDS = black plague = lizards. They are all the same.

I cannot wait for this semester to be over.

  • I can identify. I swear all the worst drivers in the universe have a daily convention in Oxford. One day, Jake and I almost smashed an old lady in a hoopty who pulled out in front of us, not to get in our lane but to cross the road. One old lady almost T'd my car at a stop sign she thought about stopping at and then ran the other day.

I tend to throw my hands up in the air, sans New York accent, and yell rather than gesture or honk. I did see some redneck with a police-car loudspeaker on their vehicle the other day. I could make use of that.
